My entry for the Happy Challenge.

Life is pretty nice at the moment, and I would rate my general happiness as an 8 out of 10. If it wasn’t for the lack of sleep, I would have chosen a higher rating; so I’ll keep promising myself an early night and I know one night I might even achieve it.

50mm f.18 lens used with a Rainbow Filter from the 80’s to give it that dreamy feel :)

If you’d had the lensbaby composer you could have shot it with that! :) You look gorgeous, as always!

  • I know, I know – I had thought of that, even tried with the 2.0, but alas, it wasn’t to be…when’s Christmas?? lol! :D

Beautiful Adriana! And – it’s my ‘age’ in photography I’m showing – definitely not in official calendar years – when I have to say to you that I had never heard of a ‘rainbow filter’ before – the effect is so so dreamy!
    K xx

  • Ha ha – Kallena, you’ve never heard of the Rainbow filter, because most photographers would probably prefer they’d not heard of it either! It’s a filter with a very cheesy rainbow effect that you can control by manipulating the filter around. The effect can be as exaggerated as you want, with multiple images forming and all with a “rainbow-y” effect. Very popular back in the day when wedding couples had their heads superimposed in brandy balloons – I think you get my drift…

You can focus LB 2 without bending or pulling it in, just need to get it in the right position….working out which position that IS, will be the hard part….cut an aperture disk with a hole about half the size of the lens…..that’ll make it easier to focus…

    I use magnetic business cards…..they work a treat…

  • Well, there you go – I thought it would be possible and once again my impatience got the better of me…next time…and yes, magnetic business cards, I have a fridge front full of those :)
