My Project365 - January 2010

So, I have set myself the task to take a photo a day for 365 days. With one month down, I’ve already learnt a few new tricks and have been entertained along the way in the most surprising of ways. Click on the mosaic to view my progress so far.

I’d like to share with you a little tale of how one of my images is now hanging proudly in someone’s home – and just in time for Christmas. It’s thanks to RedBubble, it’s pro-active members and it’s challenges that it was at all possible. I’ll try and be brief, so let’s start –

Do you remember a little challenge that Nat organised a while ago – the Design/Photography Hybrids challenge? Well my image ~ dance lessons with Miss Veronique ~ won.

That image would not have been created had it not been for that challenge. I had shot that image when a couple of friends, Cordelia and rsmac, and I got together for some photography fun. As soon as I read Nat’s journal, I just knew an image from our little shoot would fit the bill.
