McCain Palin 2008 by

The small town of Cedarburg Wisconsin (population 11,298) was the first stop for McCain – Palin on the morning after the final day of the Republican convention. This was just before noon on Friday September 5th.

No matter what your political views happen to be, this photo captures history in the now.

I love taking political photos, but getting too old to stand that long waiting. My best shot was Bill Clinton (see Bruch With Fame). My first was Geraldine Ferrero. Even if they eventually loose, it’s fun being in the middle of such an historic event. So, lucky you to get the experience.

Great shot, especially with the flag, even though I’m voting for the other team.
