Bittersweet Nightshade, Day Lily and Friend

Taken down by the little creek in Ohio. Part of the little creek is covered with orange Day Lilies and Nightshade. The Bittersweet Nightshade has grown up the Day Lilies. I thought the colors were wonderful and got an added bonus with this little bee, does anyone know what kind of bee this is?
