Santa gave me a new lap top for Christmas, Yay! The main reason I did not have an editing program is because I had no room on the old computer for one. I have been looking at programs, confused…. What is the best and easiest one to use? I really do not need to do that much with the program, usual editing, but with my art background, I would like to layer, textures, paint, creative stuff. / …
