Greece, a child's life

Greece, a child's life

I took this photo with a 2MP camera quite a few years ago in tirasia in Santorini. I only added a touch of nostalgia….

The light was so beautiful that it let itself captured by a 2 MP…. :)

The light is excellent here, i forgot to mention that :)

  • Cvail73 replied

The light in Santorini was truly exceptional, even with a little 2Mp camera I took with me at the time, it was difficult to fail; I intend to return there at some stage, with my Dslr. it was years ago..

Thanks! It’s the eye that makes the photo, not the camera…don’t leasten to people who believe technical aspects are king, they are only a mean to an end…

if getting an SLR takes too much time, you could get a canon pwershot G(X) series, or the Canon S(X) IS, they are much cheaper and will provide you with as much pleasure as a DSLR.
In my life, I add a basic film cam, a very good film SLR minolta 7Xi, then a canon AE-1 which is a gorgeous anhd cheap dino it makes brilkliant photos!! I still have it, then a 2Mp brandless, then an optio SV very small compact, then a Canon Powershot S5 IS That I still have and =love, A canon 20 D then aCanon 40D. I have loved them all and I love them all to bits still. The photos I got fromn each of these were very different, but all had their particular character and quality!
Now I think of it, I’ll post ome photos I took with my mobile phone, a Sony Ericsson W900i, that I still use as a camera :)))
The black and white photos I am going to post were taken as black and white under very low light conditions, but I love them! :))

Keep cherishing your 2 Mp :))
