Hello, I am a Southern gal from the Everglades region of South Florida. Growing up in this area I have been exposed to an abundant haven of vegetation. It is always green here. There is also an assortment of wild life, though not all are now seen as often as when I was growing up. With the exception of gators which have populated to more than plentiful. Of course, being in Florida there is plenty of water and I believe some of the most wonderful sunsets in the world.
I love traveling especially in the Eastern Mountains and during the changing of seasons ( both of these I can not experience at home).
I am the mother of five wonderful grown children and the grandmother of nine.
In my mind’s eye I have captured some wonderful, never to be seen again pictures through out my life time. Once years ago while traveling on a rural road, an old red tractor was sitting in an empty field. The tractor was covered with probably close to 60 birds, half of them white ( cow birds I believe) and the other half black. As I approached and passed by the birds rose up in flight. It was a perfect picture, but alas I had no camera with me.
These days I try to keep my camera close in hopes of being able to capture, share and inspire moments that become part of who I am.
