Though some say that youth rules me
This was written by King Henry VIII, and as I love it so much, and find it a pleasure every time I read it, I just wanted you to hopefully enjoy it with me.
This man not only changed England, but was a magical poet, songwriter and sportsman.
And this modern world tends to look upon him as a Charles Laughton Hollywood charecter, when he was not.
He is one of my hero’s…..

I trust in age to tarry.
God and my right, and my duty,
From them shall I never vary,
Though some say that youth rules me.

I pray you all that aged be
How well did you your youth carry?
I think some worse of each degree.
Therein a wager lay dare I,

Pastimes of youth some time among
None can say but necessary.
I hurt no man, I do no wrong,
I love true where I did marry,
Though some say that youth rules me.

Then soon discuss that hence we must
Pray we to God and Saint Mary
That all amend, and here an end.
Thus says the King, the eighth Harry,

I don’t believe this.
This is such a blast.
I forgot I had uploaded this, as it’s been some time now.
And being one of my all time favourite works, I was just happy that i was
