This is part of an ongoing set of Mont St.Michel in France which I took last .Sept…2011. Located in France, this majestic Monastery is a work of art. I took this one and the next few, as I was walking along the main path up to the top, with the cherry on the cake being The Cloisters. The height of the walls was overwhelming, and this one was taken looking back to where I had just walked under in No (.7.)…. Click on image to enlarge or to appreciate the detail.. . Taken with a Lumix G2 using a 35mm standard Four Thirds lens and a touch of hdr. ( x2 ).
