This is part of an ongoing set of Mont St.Michel in France which I took last .Sept…2011. This images of Mont St.Michel in Normandy France will live with me forever…. You might like to know that the walkway to the mount is being done away with and a new road bridge is being built so-as to stop the silt from around the mount being drained away by the erosion and tidal flow, which would mean that these flats would eventually disappear…. Click on image to enlarge or to appreciate the detail.. . Taken with a Lumix G2 using a 45 – 200 Four Thirds zoom lens and a touch of hdr. ( x2 ).

This is lovely with the water leading in and the sheep and then…… the magical mount itself
And it was very magical.
I hope you can enjoy the rest of the series as it will be over the next couple of weeks off and on.

It’s just lovely Larry – nicer than St. Michaels Mount in Cornwall although we enjoyed looking out to it.
Been there and done that also.
Much bigger than St,Michaels Mount and not as steep a climb…. But I love both of them.
