This is HMP Pentridge.
Located in Coburg, North of Melbourne in Victoria Australia, this Prison has a lot of history.
But these days most of it has been demolished and rebuilt as a Housing Estate.
Not much left, except for the main front entrance with its clock tower and crenulations, and parts of “A” Division with the side wall……Click here

I live at Riddells Creek in the Macedon Ranges of Victoria, and have been involved in Horticulture all my life.

I play Blues Harmonica and Bodhran’ in my spare time, as well as getting involved with Genealogy and Medieval History,
