I took this back in 1998 when I was touring Ireland..
This image was what I was greeted with after walking the bush path at Glendaloch early in the morning, just as the mist over the water was lifting.
Glendaloch is renowned for its Early Medieval monastic settlement founded in the 6th century by St Kevin, a hermit priest, and partly destroyed in 1398 by English troops.
If ever you go to Dublin in Ireland, you should plan a trip just south to County Wicklow and visit this amazing location.. One of the best photographic experiences of my life.
