Artist's Description

I took this image when I was visiting Claude Monet’s home in France.
The one thing I did enjoy whilst I was there was the garden.
Everywhere else you couldn’t move because of tourists.
So I’m glad I hung back after everyone had gone to be able to get this one and the water lilies pond..
The original bridge can just be seen in the background.
This is my interpretation of Monet’s Famous Painting “Water lilies”. I tried to line the camera up as best I could to match the original painting.
It’s a shame that none of the flowers were in bloom at the time I was there.
