Raising Rays
This was actually in a set of 4 images. The others are titled “To Set the Sky on Fire” and “Birth of a Phoenix”, and were taken minutes apart from the others.
They were taken about 8 to 10 minutes apart, and were taken from Wooling Hill at New Gisborne in the Macedon Ranges on Feb 27th 2009.
It was only about 8 to 10 minutes between the images, but the change in colour was just dramatic.
Taken from Wooling Hill in the Macedon Ranges Vic.

Every sunset is breathtaking.
To be able to look into a sunrise or sunset and feel it’s power, makes it all worthwhile.

This a a great shot Larry and I have to agree with what you said on the 8th. Seeing the sun rise is the perfect way to start a day and watching it set is the best way to end it. A philosophy to live by EH?
