very active island .. or am I wrong both islands of NZ are have volcanoes .. oh my can’t remember for sure .. regardless a fantastic shot!! ....helicopter ride, eh … sounds as if you’re have a great time!! (big smile)

And yes, New Zealand is a very active part of the worlds Fault Line.
In the Nth Island, esp[ecially Rotorua, you smell the sulphur everywhere you go. But you can get used to it.
I actually look forward to it……
But the Thermal Pools are the best….

ofcourse I remember (grin) ... I rarely fly except in my dreams be they day or night or fantasy (big smile)
keep the photos coming .. had once had a dream (with a friend) to move to NZ … (grin) .. but that was long ago .. my most recent dream is moving to British Columbia .. almost did two years ago but the plans fell through .. that’s why I’m here in wyoming (grin) ... well I have family here … (smile)

My heart is in new Zealand, because when I am there, I am at peace with myself.
New Zealand has everything I dream of.
My Great Grandfather was an Ostler ( Horse Handler / Stockman ), and he disserted his family and went to New Zealand, never to be heard of again.
I can understand how a person can get lost in New Zealand.

Larry, I have never been but it sounds like a place I would love to see. When you find a place that you are at peace with that is a great place. I am working on trying to find that place. I think it’s some remote island in Hawaii or maybe I should come and visit Australia and live on some remote shore. Eh? Hugs to you.

ah I do understand … as much as I love wyoming and I do alot … I love the Pacific NW a whole lot more .. regardless it is the wild and open country I miss and there is a lot of that here and there (smile)
