Taken back in January of 2009 along the shoreline of Lake Michigan. I thought it was a beautiful day even though it was about 15 deg out and a brisk wind blowing. But I couldn’t past up the barren trees and the dune grass and sand dunes cloak in snow I thought it was very pretty in the late afternoon.

Oh, Curtiss, there ya go … this one’s for me, too, isn’t it???? I so so so so so sooo love this vista of the golden dune grass, the soft powder blue skies and the pure snow.
