Acrylic on canvas board, 8×8 inches.
Grass Eater was in the juried art show, House of Fun, at the Shemer Art Center in Phoenix, Arizona, in 2011.

Of course there is no end to the semi surreal and outright surreal creatures that come out of my imagination. This is just one more in a long line. I liked how happy spikey orange one is, feeding on green grass.

I know these are small, but HOW ON EARTH do you pump ’em out so fast and SOOOO perfect?! I love ’em!!!

  • Thanks, Chelsea, oddly a small painting can take as long as a big one, but I try to always have a few in progress!
