Show update

UPDATE Sept 10, Ovine Joy sold the night the show opened.

Two, (and maybe more if I finish anything on time!), of my original paintings will be shown at Willo North in Phoenix, Arizona, Friday, Sept. 7th, (2012).

For sure, I’ll be showing and offering for sale the following:

Ovine Joy (translation of Sheep Country by photographer Peter Hammer)
by Cindy Schnackel

12 × 16 inches, acrylic on linen canvas board, in clean looking modern wood frame.
SALE price $150. SOLD

The Hanging
by Cindy Schnackel

18 × 24 inches, acrylic on canvas, in floater style frame
SALE price $300

Curator Robrt Pela is showing the work of several artists whom he’s bought work from.

My Dark Chick appears in the photo e-vite above. Robrt bought it during my solo show at Nielsen Design Services space in Phoenix, back in April this year. He had also purchased Peanut in Bookcase a couple of years ago.

I’m looking forward to seeing a collection of the art, and artists, Robrt has purchased from!

Willo North is located just South of Thomas Road, on 7th Avenue. The gallery is on the First Fridays art walk route in central Phoenix.

Hen Party is available at this show, but this will be the last chance to purchase the original painting, until after I get commercial scans made, to make a few of my works available as large giclees. (UPDATE Oct 2012…got scans, Hen Party is again offered on my paintings price list.)

Purchase is through the gallery, when the piece is still in a show.
