Days of Summer and Cold Winter nights

Days of summer and cold winter nights painted my face
Shades of blue, of gray
Tones of gold and amber
Darkness and light brought by hardships and success
I grow weary with every falling moon
Yet I replenish with the heat of the rising sun
My body is moved by nature
and fresh air engulfs my lungs, my soul
Society means nothing to me
Rules, regulations and restrictions
All barriers put up to hold back weak minds
I run like the river; efficiently i evade and overrun all obstacles
I stand strong like the mountain; immoveable, forever watching, forever living
I am free like the wind
Days of summer and cold winter nights painted my face
A face unscathed by all elements
Days of summer and cold winter nights paint my life.
