Artist's Description

A small series inspired solely by the word ‘Sandcastle’ I decided to draw the castles i could see from my desk window, but in a sandy manner.

Also known as St Mary’s Isle an the Conister Rock, this little castle sits in the middle of Douglas Bay and is supposedly stocked with fresh bread, milk and water for the potentially shipwrecked.
