Insanity

It broke again… my sanity.
That face, an absence of vanity!
So I shut my eyes and shut it out,
That trace of you that I just found out.
My heart called out to all of that pain.
The prevailing occasion, standing naked in rain.
That chill…

Ah! Familiar and real!
Like an ice cube train,
And that leaking drain,
Whilst the water’s off,
But I can’t refrain from crying…

Since the world still lives while I’m dying..

Since my sense difference is lying…

But I’m glad at what I saw.
A sad story of mine!
A scratch by your claw!
A rash by your law!
But to see that sight.
It tested my strength.
It tested my might,
This ridiculous fight,
For my sanity…

A plight awaiting repair…

Insanity by

Have you ever really felt something for someone and then went through hell trying to shake those feelings away… A couple of years pass… you think you’re alright and then BAMN. You see something that had to do with them and every feeling you had, good and bad, about that person come flying in without warning at that exact moment and you realize that you’re so happy that this person makes you feel this way, but so sad that you can’t let them go. It drives you insane and the only hope for sanity is to forget again.
