Land of The Seed -- Australia
The Land of The Seed (L.o.T.S.) is a contemporary “Dreaming story” I wrote some years ago, and have “sat on” since then.
A few years ago, my artist friend Rose - originally from Sth Africa - agreed to do a series of charcoal-pencil sketches to compliment the written work. None have been shown in public, yet.
The images in the yellow circle (woman and man) are compiled from 2 of the 6 images done for the written work.
The overall design is based on the Aboriginal Flag hence the colours used.
So, here is one of my contributions towards “Reconciliation”, perhaps … a start of the Tjukurritja Tjukurrpa (sacred story) Land of The Seed …
