At least dear Helene can be relied-on to drop a word or two from time to time … thx for your interest and reception.

I’m also desperately curious as to the medium- it’s gorgeous regardless, though; I love how the face is almost completely shrouded.

  • Crowmanic replied

Thx, Spiffing, for taking the time to leave a comment, urgh, I mean, inquiry, er comment… whatever … appreciate your appreciation… the reference material is a photo/postcard I had in my collection, the impression is using digital “paint” tools, eg, brushes, pencil, etc with a Wacom tablet, and then finished in Ps, with the texture layered in. And please, don’t ask the time taken… its the result that matters, so I’m told??

Appreciate your interest, and time taken to leave a comment of support. Thank you. PS: You remind me of a beautiful woman and Friend I know, though in your case, a younger version. I wonder if that “beauty” runs deep within? ;-)
