First of all thanks for visiting my portfolio.
My name is Morten Vaksdal and I live outside the city of Stavanger, southern Norway. I have always been interested in, and love being out in the nature, either hiking, fishing or hunting. This has also paid an important part in my choice of education, ending up with a Master of Science in glaciology.
The camera has always been with me on my trips, first as a pure documentation device, but as my experience has grown so has also the interest, and now it has grown into a real passion for me. So from just being a companion on trips and hikes, photography has also become the reason for making the trips.
Now I have come to the point where I feel I like to show my pictures to the world, and I hope RedBubble is the place that makes me famous.. LOL
Anyway, hope you enjoy my pictures, and I’m looking forward to be a part of this community.
