Cris Palmer
Profile
I’m a twenty-six year old visual artist working in the mediums of graphic design and photography. My work has featured in The Age, Bendigo Magazine, The Melbourne International Comedy Festival, Fairfax Publications and La Mama Theatre’s 2008 Winter Season. I’m a Tertiary trained multimedia artist, currently gaining a Bachelor of Arts and qualifications in commercial photography and print based media.
I was awarded the Multimedia High Commendation Award through RAW Arts 2008 for my piece on the concept of home and homelessness, the short film being used as part of Bendigo Fringe 2008. I have been involved with a number of public exhibitions, first exhibited solo in 2005 and then again in 2008.

“I create for the eyes, not the narrative. In most of my work, I aim to offer people form, colour, line and composition only. They will understand it however they see it”.
