Black Bird, Black Raven Magical beak, Universal speak Harbinger from a Heavenly Haven See them Perched High On Cosmic transmission lines Encrypted and encoded in extrasensory psychotic minds The Wind howls with the ultra high frequency hiss Velvet kisses fill the abyss A Raven is Nevermore like Poe Midnight visits a stone’s throw Catch me in an Intricate web of a universe that is spasmodic A God whose equations are totally chaotic Between life and death a mindnumbing void A fate we cannot avoid (moonlight lover)
Wow for sure Will. I feel priviledged to watch this evolvement of the piece.Such powerful movement in here. It is manifesting and I have a sense of it changing here as it is on my screen. so glad you are working! Annie’s poem and this piece are a great collaboration. :))
I was so amazed by how Annie’s writing captured the visual language of this and actually adds a new dimension to it. Thanks so much Y :) I’m glad I could get your thoughts on it while I was painting it too. I’m a lucky guy.
Wow! This is quite amazing and it looks totally different from what I saw previously. I can see the raven’s head and the abstract composition is makes it work so well. And in regards to poem, its a sheer delight Will. Much love Annie Z xoxo
I was amazed when you first showed me the poem for it as you you can remember. I couldn’t believe how well you interpreted the visuals. Thanks again Annie. Much Love
ha haa. well thanks. it’s so amazing to watch these collabs, it’s like some marvelous alignment brings creative minds into harmony. it is a mystery. These two pieces increase the impact of each other. very cool.
I find this really engaging Will. I like how you’ve used the gray and the light blue. Annie’s poetic prowess gives the painting another dimension.
I think the subject could be reinvented time and again and Annie’s poetic prowess never ceases to amaze and she seems to do it effortlessly. Her poem is power packed with visuals that probably could be interpreted into separate works of art per line.
I think what Annie does extremely well is she tackles a difficult subject and interprets it with ease and adds excitement which is quite difficult to do. Not many people can do that.
Exactly, I think you hit the nail on the head. She has a unique approach and really turned up the volume on his painting,so to speak, and whatever she puts her mind to.
a wonderfully piece of sbstract expressionist art will has an emotional turmoil feel to it as is the nature of the plain between heaven and the abyss is i agree with annie it is jackson pollock in style but it also reminds me of william blake in a strange sort of way a wonderful collaboration by both of you as ever annie words have an inspirational quality
There was thought behind this seeming abruption of turmoil. Every line serves to strengthen the direction of the eye, whether it be line or implied line. The abstract elements all were designed to represent something beyond just random color and texture. To be compared to William Blake is a huge honor. Thanks so much Charlie. Annie’s words are very inspiring
