With what little land area is available in Key West, Florida, it is interesting to note the relationship between nature there and the encroachment of what we like to call civilization. Trees grow so closely to the houses there, it is as if they are trying to move in.

This lovely specimen either grew through the fence or, as I suspect is more likely, the fence was built around it.

I’ve got some issues in my own back yard where what’s displayed here may have to be the solution. Very nice shot Ginny.

  • Very glad you like it, Jim, and I am happy to have provided a possible solution for an issue in your back yard.
