Insomnia by

When I finished this, it reminded me of me. A life-long insomniac, this is how I feel around three or four a.m., when the light at the end of the tunnel still seems so far away, but the promise of a new day is there. The sun WILL come up tomorrow, whether you want it to or not.

THANK you for the comment. Funny how this seemed to form itself. I had not intended there to be a staring eye in it, but when it began to appear, that eyes wide open feeling of insomnia became apparent. This is one of my favorite pieces. I really appreciate your favoriting it.

well expressed, like each half of the brain is doing it’s own thing!

  • Thanks very much. This is an accurate depiction, but I would rather feel like one of yours; Sleep is sooo inviting!

Wonderful abstract Ginny ~ love the lines and colours … sorry about your insomnia … if I can’t sleep I have a large glass of cold water ~ almost always works for me!
