Continue the clock possibilities, I built this upon a variation of my Fossilized abstract. Such a fun idea; I am enjoying playing with it. If it catches on, maybe we can start A CLOCK GROUP!
Thanks very much. I got the idea originally from a lovely design by pentangled, called Squares of Summer. I like her work so much anyway, but immediately on seeing this, I thought what a neat clock it would make; just order it as a mounted print, drill a hole in the middle, and add hands and a clock mechanism from almost any craft store. Then I decided a number of things, among which was to start the ball rolling with a few clock ideas of my own. A clock “face” isn’t really necessary, you could drill a hole and put clock hands on just about any picture, but I’m just anal enough to want to put that in, if only to show where the hole should go.
Hi Ginny, this one’s lovely – it reminds me of the slices of crystal/fossil/rock stuff that are made into clocks sometimes. I like the pinky version too :o)
