Ode to Old Cola

I painted the original of this maybe 45 or 50 years ago, in acrylic on canvas board. My mom always liked it so I got it framed for her a decade or so ago. Now I have it back, I finally photographed it and, of course, had to tinker with it digitally and darkened the background and added a little shadow for accent.

They don’t make soda bottles like they used to. These old green ones are collectors items now. The one that I painted was just a cold drink and an inspiration before it was thrown away.
