Strofilia forest is located at the Northwestern part of Peloponnese, on the borders of Achaia and Ileia Prefectures (Greece). Along with Prokopos lake and Kotychi lagoon they form a unique ecosystem of unprecedented beauty and high ecological importance, a national park of 2,200 hectares protected under the Ramshar Convention and the Natura 2000 network. Here you can see a line of umbrella pine trees, that separate Prokopos Lake, from the beautiful dunes of Kalogria beach at the Ionian Sea.
