We had a big change of weather today, and everything is covered with frost. It’s beautiful. So I had to get out and take a few shots of our frosted landscape.
This Yucca was in a field, just off Laramie Rd, Pueblo West, Colorado
Wow, your work gets better and better everyday and i already thought it was amazing! Fantastic capture!
What a wonderful thing for yo to say, Carol. I think it’s getting better, too…I have to give the credit to Ace Cafe. All the critique there provides an awful lot of insight.

Fantastic image Mary-Ann, love the slight bend on the tip – lovely dof and really appealing tones. Love it :)
Thanks, Trish!!!

I love the different tones in this…Very pretty Mary Ann. The dof looks very attractive behind it.
Isn’t it odd that the lens that makes the nices dof is the 75-300?

Great DOF, but mostly I love how the warm tones of this shot contrast with the brrrrrrrrr of the setting. The contrast rocks!
Thank you, Laura…that is what I liked about it, too.

Truly appealing, Mary-Ann! Love the shallow dof on the second yucca plant—makes this just a beautiful composition!
Thank you, Jan!

I just read Carol’s comment above mine, and I agree! You’re really a pro now!
That is so kind, Jan…but the more I learn, the more I realize how much more I need to learn
