One of the local inhabitants at Leptis Magna in Libya. This one was quite the model, and was very happy to show off her piercing!
A funny story behind the scenes for this image. I was knealing down framing shots (and oblivious to anything else), when i heard my local driver call out to me from afar “Craig, look out”! Just as i heard that, i turned and there was a big bull camel about 5 feet behind me! He snorted and i nearly fell over ;-0. I backed away slowly from him and his girlfriends (much to the delight of my driver).

Were you making a move on his lady friends Craig?!!! This is one handsome camel (well I guess his mother loves him!) but they sure can be mean when they want to be. You have caught him beautifully – love the sun catching the whiskers.
