Shot in the Sahara desert Libya. After driving for an hour through nothing but sand, we came across this rocky outcrop! An obvious photo opportunity and a good excuse to stretch the legs!

Amazing detail in the rock – and what a strange outcrop! Works well in mono also.

Looks great in colour as well Craig nice contrasts between the sky and the rocks and sand, the b/w for me though

    Howzit CRAIG!

First I must admit that I much prefer this version to the B&W as there is much, much more definition of the rocks here due to the colour contrast. (Justathort!)
A great find and in good light too, you have framed and photographed this very interesting geological feature very well indeed.
