Isolated Storm

Craig Hender

Isolated Storm

Another wild storm passing over the Jackson oilfield in South West Queensland. I have increased contrast somewhat but the colours are as it was. i wish i could have captured the Front End Loader more dramatically heading for the storm but there were buildings to my right.

It appears you have freight trains of clouds like we do, here in Oregon! Sepia gives it all a nice affect.

Wow, a most intense-looking storm front! The way you’ve given most of the picture over to the storm clouds accentuates the drama.

What a brilliant composition. the dust blown by the stoem around the oil pumps, the down burst in the right corner and the detail in the cloud. There is so much to see in this image. Amazing!!
