    I heard a piece on Radio National this morning about cemeteries: with all the baby boomers carking it over the next 20-30 years there just won’t be enough room in the ground to bury them in this fine traditional manner. The best you can hope for is a nameplate in a lawn – until someone decides that the neighbourhood needs another golf course…
