Laughing at the Waves
This was taken on our spring break trip at Lookout Point along the Oregon coastline. 2008. no editing.
I think this image shows the best of Oregon because of its simplicity. We are one of the few states where a person can just decide on a whims notice to go out and enjoy our parks, beaches and rivers for a day. The best thing about Oregon is that it is so easy to enjoy. This image was taken after a 2 mile hike at Lookout Point. The beach was isolated and beautiful. We played like children making sand castles! It was great, and I hope that others think so too.

thank you so much, its actually one of my favorite photographs! That beach was really awesome cause it was a 2 mile hike to get down there. Once we arrived we were the only ones on this long stretch of sand right at dusk. It was an amazing trip!

interesting shot .. well done .. cape lookout a little southwest of tillamook?

This shot was taken at lookout point on the oregon coast. but there are different hikes you can go on…we went on the two mile hike to the south of the point. So if i had taken the pic more the right you’d see the point.
