The Nunamullen Bridge in Clackline on the Great Eastern Highway, East of Perth, Western Australia. Construction of a bypass around Clackline has started. The bypass involves a 1.5 km realignment of the highway away from the township (between the west end of Clackline and Nunamullen Bridge). The existing timber bridge will be bypassed and replaced with a reinforced concrete box culvert structure. $3 million has been made available for this project. When complete, motorists and heavy vehicles will no longer have to slow down while passing through Clackline or travel across the existing narrow and dangerous wooden bridge.
