Hi Craig. I’m working on ‘Moonlight Shadow’ and although I like what I’ve done on it so far, it’s far from finished and I’ve hit a brick wall. Can’t think what it needs, but it definitely needs more work. The left arm is wrong and the composition/balance is all wrong. I was hoping you would comment but not sure how to get it onto RB without going public. Would you care to comment on it and if so, do you know if you have access to my private area????
Hi Anne :) I can’t view anything you have marked as private sadly …. the only other thing I could think of, would be for you to send me the work :( Not sure if you know me well enough to do that though, so I understand if that is not an option. Another thing is if you have a Flickr Account, you can set a photo to private there, yet still send people the url. All the would mean is that you would have to email me the url where you have it at Flickr … but that is only if you have a flickr account. I would bloody LOVE to have a look and make suggestions if that helps you out. :) WOW! Would I :): ) VBS

Hey there Craig my computer guru from out back of the track. I’ve been trying and trying to do this but I am missing some key brain cell type ingredient here. I’m sure I got the text right but all that has happened is that the banner line html comes up in the first page of my portfolio instead of the little strip of pictures and when you go in more there is just another banner line instead of a link. How come this is happening?
Also how do you get it to all be on the one page like yours is?But one thing at a time what am I doing wrong here?

Hi Nicole :) Just find the URL for the Video in YouTube (or wherever you find the video). YouTube usually has a link you can copy (not the embedded link though, just the link to the page). Then to make a word into a link that people can click to go to, just put Double Quotes (“) at the start and end of the word, then a colon (:) and then the link. All typed out without spaces like this (but with no spaces):
” here ” : http://www.link.

Craig, I wrote in my blog and i have not received a response from anyone concerning card sales. I have sold a number of cards and the sales count on the activity page is correct but, the sales count on the art page is incorrect. I see that you have sold some cards also, Do you have the same problem? I emailed RB but i haven’t heard back from them :]

Hey Craig I’m so glad your having fun with infrared. Its the most difficult of all the films to use and its easily loss in its more obvious effects on vegetation and soforth but when it works well it give really good photos. I’ve been using it for years and have some really interesting pictures. How amazing is it to post idetical stuff at the same time from across the country. This happend to me one time with lawrence crew. We both posted pictures of banksias at exactly the same time. Very different but still nice.

I jsut wanted to check- you know when you go to the front of RED BUBBLE and it says latests artists- and then they have tonnes of pics and art in collections- ie lights, ( and you see lots of pics that are about “lights”, how do i get one of my pics to show up in the collections that fits in. Ie the red “Wish” has red inihe tag line. but isnt in the red lump of art.

Hehehe It makes perfect sense to me Amanda ;) VBS I am pretty sure that the photos on the Red Bubble Home Page are chosen manually :) So you know if you get on there one of the staff (or whoever it is that choses them) has put you there. As far as I know … our images don’t get there from the tags alone but the tags may help if whoever is choosing uses say ‘red’ to find all red works. Understand? LOL

Hi Craig, I’ve just gone through and sorted out my photos into categories following your instructions. Thanks, it worked a treat….......but….....On the front page of my profile you will see that it says sunrise & sunset, then when you get inside my profile and in the list of related tags, there is no sunrise or sunset to be seen!! What have I done? Everything else works fine….oh yeah, apart from there is no”others” in related tags either. Is there a limit to related tags?

Hey there Craig my computer guru from out back of the track. I’ve been trying and trying to do this but I am missing some key brain cell type ingredient here. I’m sure I got the text right but all that has happened is that the banner line html comes up in the first page of my portfolio instead of the little strip of pictures and when you go in more there is just another banner line instead of a link. How come this is happening?
Also how do you get it to all be on the one page like yours is?But one thing at a time what am I doing wrong here?

Hi Nicole :) Just find the URL for the Video in YouTube (or wherever you find the video). YouTube usually has a link you can copy (not the embedded link though, just the link to the page). Then to make a word into a link that people can click to go to, just put Double Quotes (“) at the start and end of the word, then a colon (:) and then the link. All typed out without spaces like this (but with no spaces):
” here ” : http://www.link.

Craig, I wrote in my blog and i have not received a response from anyone concerning card sales. I have sold a number of cards and the sales count on the activity page is correct but, the sales count on the art page is incorrect. Hello Craig, I have just put your instructions for adding links and photos to RB in my favourites.
I tried a while ago to add a pic and failed. I wanted to add a pic to one of my essays. Disaster. I deleted the essay in frustration.
So I look forward to trolling through your instructions and I am sure I will have success. If not I will be back here with questions.
Now, on another note, you will think me dumb but for the longest time I could not figure out the VBS code. I even went on Google for the answer this very morning. And, lo and behold, I scrolled above and there it is. Mystery solved. I shall sleep at night now.

Hey Craig I’m so glad your having fun with infrared. Its the most difficult of all the films to use and its easily loss in its more obvious effects on vegetation and soforth but when it works well it give really good photos. I’ve been using it for years and have some really interesting pictures. How amazing is it to post idetical stuff at the same time from across the country. This happend to me one time with lawrence crew. We both posted pictures of banksias at exactly the same time. Very different but still nice.

That is what you would use to view all your photos with the TAG: tree
Just change ‘tree’ for ‘red’ to see all your photos with the TAG: red etc etc :) :)

I jsut wanted to check- you know when you go to the front of RED BUBBLE and it says latests artists- and then they have tonnes of pics and art in collections- ie lights, ( and you see lots of pics that are about “lights”, how do i get one of my pics to show up in the collections that fits in. Ie the red “Wish” has red inihe tag line. but isnt in the red lump of art.

Hehehe It makes perfect sense to me Amanda ;) VBS I am pretty sure that the photos on the Red Bubble Home Page are chosen manually :) So you know if you get on there one of the staff (or whoever it is that choses them) has put you there. As far as I know … our images don’t get there from the tags alone but the tags may help if whoever is choosing uses say ‘red’ to find all red works. Understand? LOL

Hi Craig, I’ve just gone through and sorted out my photos into categories following your instructions. Thanks, it worked a treat….......but….....On the front page of my profile you will see that it says sunrise & sunset, then when you get inside my profile and in the list of related tags, there is no sunrise or sunset to be seen!! What have I done? Everything else works fine….oh yeah, apart from there is no”others” in related tags either. Is there a limit to related tags?
