Well Shanina .. .I’ll do the photoshoots with them out there but … well … I couldn’t dream of having them stay anywhere else but with me eh ;) Hehehe Hmmmmm, I only have one bed. Hmmmmm LMAO :P Thank you :) :)
VBS Thanks Chris, you can thank Rain for the twinkle of light :) :) Her computer crashed on her a while ago and she is frantically trying to get back in here. :) :)
Thank you Venkman :) No, this is just one straight shot. There was no roof on the ruined house so the light was the same in and outside. :) Rain stripped the colour of the walls and added sepia to those while retaining all the colour outside the doorway … and added the Sun peeping through the tree :) :)
Craigie, just checked this one after seeing you sold a card of it. Well done on that by the way. You are quite the money maker now!
Do you have a crop of with the bottom of the door and the floor? i just wondered whether it added or detracted – sure you thought of it while there and probably detracted, but just curious..
Hehehe Thanks FF :) Dunno about me being a money maker ….. LOL …. Centrelink might see me that way too though eh ;)
This is the full photo that I took. The reason I composed it this way is because there is no floor in this old ruin (and no roof for that matter) So the floor was earth with grass growing on it, which actually looked good, but was hard to convey that in such a tight space (if you know what I mean) I do however, have a HIS version of this same house, looking through a doorway into the living room and at the fire place. :) I will go upload that if you like :) VBS
Hehehe Done. :) It’s nat as good as this photo … it’s really washed out, but it shows the floor better ;) Hers, if you can imagine, is taken from next to the fireplace looking right :)
VBS Hey there D!! :) :) Welcome aboard the Bubble mate :) :) VBS Prepare to get addicted!!! VBS Need any help with anything, just Message Me from my profile :) :) And check out the Forums too, here
It does have a cool, fantasy and surreal feel to it! Like the closet doorway to Narnia or Alice and Wonderland (replace looking glass with door). Love it Craig!
I remember seeing this finished like it is now, when I first saw it as the original. You did an amazing job reconstructing this one sweetie!! I LOVE THIS ONE!! :) I love all of your work though so I’ll just hush and enjoy the view into this wonderful fantasy world!!
Hehehehe Lunastus ;) Ya dag!! :) :) It’s really hard to imagine that this photo is of a real life place, and pretty well how it looks too!!! Even when I look at it, it seems surreal!!
Such a beautiful image. You have captured such an enchanting moment. I love the textured wall contrasted against the pure light and green outside the door. It is very inspiring. Well done. Feel free to have a look a some of my images if you like.
