Thanks BD. Was a strange night. It was stormy when I left home to get some sunset shots, but not thundery … turned that way just after dusk … and I was addicted trying to get lightning shots ;) Every time I took a photo, there would be great flashes BEHIND the tree that I never got LOL. But this turned out pretty cool :)
VBS Thanks Lisa :) :) I wasn’t THAT lucky, it was a 60 sec exposure ;) :P But, I didn’t get what I wanted either. There was lightning flashes BEHIND the tree that I wanted to catch and show off the silhouette on a basically otherwise black photo, but LOTS of big flashes everywhere else but behind the tree, lit the whole scene up. Still, I have no regrets with how this turned out and how it looks like the lightning IS Reaching :) :)
