Poem Collaboration time people :) :)

  1. The idea here is to add TWO lines of the poem and let someone else add another two lines as we form a poem around the photo that can be added to the Red Bubble Collaboration Hub. :) Get involved and let’s see what wonderful work we can all make together :) :)
  1. You can still leave normal comments if you don’t want to join in.
  1. You can also come back at anytime to add another two lines, just give others a chance to add first :)

HAVE FUN!!!

Blasting the sun should feel hot now,
But my morning holds it’s scolding tone down to a whisper

Supernova of nature
Verdant and bright, a new beginning

Nature’s lasers sunrays of light
You can hear the birds singing

You can see blue skies passing you by
Your soul sings and you feel like a bird on high

Sparkling gems, celestial rays
Herald the promise of happy days

So come what may, I have no fear
I dream of holding you oh so near

When you go far away
I will always remember this day

When we stood on the shore
Of our own creation.

And we dreamed of a world unknown
Yet we found peace right here at home…

So look for answers within your heart
And never shall you and happiness be apart

And when the flames of life lick at your soul
Don’t ever be afraid to reach out…

The light will guide the way and
The path will appear before you

I woke from a dream to find mother earth below me,
And the gods shining down above me,
Blissful peace like a zephyr across my skin.

What years did you live in Horsham? The road from Horsham to Stawell was where I learnt to drive my folks Chrysler Valiant LOL Spent many years driving round country Victoria when my brothers raced motocross.

Hmmmm, Di …. I would have lived there from about 1989 – 2004 or thereabouts. Mum and Dad used to run a Cafe in Horsham called The Red Cherry. HAHAHA I learnt to drive in Ballarat!! Oops ;)

  • Di Edwards

    Di Edwards

I was well and truly out of there by ‘89 LOL
Left in ‘83 to move to the big smoke and get work, which was sadly lacking in Stawell. Better shut up now and let the poets have a go :D

Nice idea Chris, like it, works well. I think you should call it Creation as the light through the leaf looks like a star being born and it will also fit with the nature theme, just a suggestion. Great work.
