Well firstly I have to say Eagle rays are one of my favourite marine animals, so you’ve already won me over. This is a great image, the lighting, the clarity and the sharpness, I’m amazed as I have often found this style of photography very challenging, please what is your secret.
Thanks all for your kind words. Craig, This picture turned out very well. I had to switch to ISO 1600 to have a shutter speed of 1/125; this was just enough to get perfect sharpness. This Ray was in the amazing aquarium in Maui.
