looks like josh and i are buying a home. the first home owners grant has been too much of a lure and we found our dream place over the weekend :)
so traveling will have to take a backseat – but just for a little while. maybe the 2 month trips will be more like 1 week down the coast :( but we have to do what we have to do and i guess it will put us in a better place for our future! hope everyone is well – i have been meaning to load some more photos but have just been so preoccupied!

Oh glad you’re getting into home ownership, yes all too good at the moment not to, traveling will come you see. :)

everyone is glad..i am sure we are too! :) it will be good to have something that is our own – but i always said i would visit every continent before settling down! :( But yes – times are definitely good to be purchasing :)

Congratulations! I hope it all goes well for you. We’re also thinking about taking advantage of the first home buyers grant and getting our first home too.
A new home will bring many many new and exciting opportunities.

Oh thanks CBK! :) It is all very sudden though – I am a bit ummm – bull at a gate and only decided last week that we would look! then this week we have our place picked and our loan approved! haha. I cant help it – that is just me. Very excited to be able to hammer some photos into the walls!!! :) Good luck!!
