Texas Tea

Pump jacks are back into action across the Lone Star State. We have become accustomed to their appearance and mystery. The cows graze right up beside them and other wildlife teams around them. Dessert foliage seems uneffected. I wish one was in my backyard! This one sits on a ranch in Throckmorton County, Texas. Taken with a Canon D30, hue and saturation adjusted in photoshop and 3D Render Transform filter applied.

Texas Tea belongs to the following groups:

Bubblettes, Country Bumpkin, Everyday Life, Sunrise, Sunset, Texas and United States

Thanks, Debbie. They say beauty is in the eye of the beholder but I usually don’t have a problem thinking something is beautiful in Texas!
