a child
runs across golden fields
of Springtime buds,
carefree laughter
the air
with joyous freedom,
no fear
no pretence
no thought
of tomorrow’s reach,
not lived long enough
to collect
heartache wrinkles,
or fading memories.
in its own moment
hears its own song
and dances to a tune
by anybody but itself.
I watched
a young boy today
in a pristine world
of sunshine flickers
and dancing shadows
by the hands of age
to a tune
I have long forgot
and I hope
as he walks
into misty time
he turns to see
the man he has
to become.

Beautiful deep insight that makes one ponder. There is always an innocent inner child left untouched by age. That child just as a live real one will teach us to take life and enjoy it to its fullest. I will wait for a part 3 for the child will live on.
