I am overwhelmed by the amount of positive feedback I’ve received on my piece “Business Ethics.” I’ve always been fond of the piece as it was one of my first paintings I ever did, but, as I said on my profile, I tend to look at my early work as juvenile and my more recent attempts much more mature. Maybe that’s simply because that’s where I am with my work right now, so I like it better. Maybe because I never received much feedback from my early work I assumed it was crap and moved on to different styles. Who knows?
Perhaps this feedback I’m getting will lead me in a new direction with my work, or maybe a return to an earlier style. We’ll see… I got two new canvases the other day and can’t wait to spoil them… :)
