Weekend in Washington Sq., New York by

Crowds of newyorkers and tourists gather every weekend in Washington Square in Greenwich Village around a memorial arch built in 1895, and the fountain. Always humming with activities, performances, music. Until 1971 cars were driving through the arch.

A small camera that started my love for photography was a beautiful Russian camera “Smena”. It was camera itself, the small size, the smell of it, the clicks, the loading of the film…and the final result. It was in the ‘60s.
In 2002 I switched to digital, starting with Powershot A10, A80,CanonRebel,Pentax K10D.
Most of my images are from New York, Toronto, Florida, Paris and Israel where I live now.
I’m open to any requests for images in Israel. Thanks!
