Feels that way, I sit down select something I sometimes it takes only minutes before I am into whatever healer or spirit is speaking. The art is reach out I have always been a nature person. I cry tears about it all the time. I worked in enviromental for years trying to help clean it up. I know our survival is related to all life here.
