Bodies Dragon
This is done in the Chinese Wrinkle style. Everything is in watercolor, the only editing I did was to crop it.
Technique inspired by Qu Lei Lei,wrinkling or crinkling is used to provide texture. Crushed paper is used after balling it up and flattening it.
Creases are made and then gently run a brush over the high points. The majority of these disappear when mounted. Ink Blotting is also done with this method.
This is 12’‘by18’’ And it is for my Grandson who collects Dragon

Bodies Dragon belongs to the following groups:
1 In The Beginning - Ancient Practices, Art and Stories Made For Children, Artists of the Orient, Designers United, Happy Haven, Myths, Legends, and Fairy Tales, NORTHWEST ARTISTS (U.S.), Pacific Northwest Art, Practising the Dark Arts, Textures and Materials, The Drawing Board, United States and Vibrant and Vivid ColorAvailable for sale as Cards, Matted Prints, Laminated Prints, Mounted Prints, Canvas Prints and Framed Prints
